Road Resurfacing 2018

eginning next week, Knox County contractors will begin milling the roads in the Gulf Park subdivision for road resurfacing. In this phase they are going to be paving roads East of Sanders Road. During their evaluation the county thought this section was the worst and needed attention before the other sections. This will include the following roads: Biloxi, Galveston, Gulf Park, Mobile, Naples, Pensacola, Sarasota, Suwannee, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Venice (East). The county is requesting that parking on the streets be refrained from or minimized during this process. Please keep in mind that weather can effect this process and will take several weeks to complete. Thank you for your help and understanding during this process.

The Gulf Park Civic Association board will continue to be in contact with the county and push for West of Sanders Road’s (Cedar Grove, Clearwater, Delray, Panama, and Venice (West)) to be added to their future schedule for resurfacing schedule.
