The Gulf Park Subdivision is located in West Knoxville TN off of Cedar Bluff Road, Sanders Road, and Bob Gray Road. The first stage of building the homes in our neighborhood started in 1965, and we currently have over 350 homes in Gulf Park. This is a community of original owners, young families, and everyone in between. We have a Civic Association that uses this site to communicate current events and happenings in our neighborhood.
A primary purpose of the Gulf Park Civic Association (GPCA) is to maintain the zoning of the subdivision and to promote the collective rights and interests of homeowners which are to be respected and preserved. GPCA strives to protect property values and seek an effective balance between the preferences of individual residents and the collective rights of subdivision homeowners.
